[Building Sakai] Issue with Sakai Instances Load Balances.

Shoaib,

I think you also need to set the route for each of your BalancerMembers. So
it might look something like this:

ProxyPass / balancer://sakaiCluster/ stickysession=JSESSIONID nofailover=On
<Proxy balancer://sakaiCluster>
BalancerMember ajp://localhost:8009 route=tomcat2
BalancerMember ajp://192.168.1.5:8009 route=tomcat3
</Proxy>

In my setup the BalancerMember route should be the same as the jvmRoute
which should be the same as your serverId in the sakai.properties file. Once
I did this the balancer started working properly.
