[Building Sakai] User preferences changing tracking?

Hi Josh,

Preference updates trigger an event in the sakai_event table with an event code of 'prefs.upd' and reference of '/prefs/UUID', but you can't see what was actually changed. Still, you can tell if that user updated their own preferences at a certain point in time.
