[Building Sakai] Chinese can't display correctly in Chat Room

hi, all

The message at the head of chat messages, which is "Showing 4 messages out of 4" in English can't display correctly in Chinese.
The others can display correctly in Chinese except this one. How to correct it?  Thanks
