[Building Sakai] missing SakaiScript.jws in 2.8.1

I'm in the process of building Sakai 2.8.1 in preparation for upgrading
from 2.6.3.  Downloaded from here:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/release/2.8.1/artifacts/sakai-src-2.8.1.tar.gz

I see no webservices directory, nor can I find SakaiScript.jws.  Did it
go away?  We've made fairly extensive modifications here to facilitate
integration with our erp; so I will be very sad if it's gone.
