KNL-796 is broken in all 1.2.x kernels up to 1.2.6. It is a pain to
resolve as you will need to replace every single kernel-util JAR in your
deployed Tomcat.
Thanks to Aaron Z's recent refactoring of kernel-util, you will not need to
do this in 2.9.x and beyond. Fixes to FomattedText should only require
updating one JAR.
