[Building Sakai] Lesson Builder 1.3.x taking too long to load if non-admin

Hi all,
I have lesson builder 1.3.x on our piloting server, under 2.8.0. When logged
in as admin, it loads 'normal'. As a non admin users really long  (over a
minute) to load. Is there a configuration i should be looking at?
