[Building Sakai] Quiz with an unlimited number of submissions

Dear all, 

We are trying to create a Quiz with an unlimited number of submissions.
In "Assessment types/Quiz/Submissions" we set an "unlimited submissions allowed" option.
Then we go to "Assessments" and create a Quiz but then in quiz Settings 
"only 1 submission allowed" option is set by default and we cannot change this.

Do you know what could be the solution to this problem?
