[Building Sakai] Site Save as Error in 2.8.0

Hi all,
Am trying to create a new site template based  !user under sites. When i do
a Save As, it does create the new template. But i notice this in the logs:

org.sakaiproject.authz.api.GroupNotDefinedException id=/site/!user
at
org.sakaiproject.authz.impl.BaseAuthzGroupService.getAuthzGroup(BaseAuthzGroupService.java:366)


This is in 2.8.0.
