[Building Sakai] Citations Tool

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to find some more information about using the Citations Tool 
in 2.7.x. We have been unable to get it working 100% effectively. Is 
anyone else using it? We've ran into an issue linking scholarly articles 
through Google Scholar and SFX.
