[Building Sakai] Moving SakaiProject-Demo to MySQL

I think you should be able to configure the demo to use MySql by just following the standard install instructions at https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/DOC/Sakai+CLE+2.8+Release+Notes (select the "Database support" section).
