[Building Sakai] [Deploying Sakai] Sakai on Oracle 11.2 (11R2)

Hi all

We at IPBragança (Portugal) have recently update our Sakai 2.5.5 on
Oracle11R1 to Sakai 2.7.1 Oracle11R2 without major problems.
