[Building Sakai] .anon role permissions in resources

We have gone to great lengths to ensure that site owners CANNOT grant .anon the rights to create or modify things.

Hi all,

Does anybody know if it is posible to allow .anon role to créate site resources. I've created a site, edited its realm, added .anon role and set it up with content.* permissions enabled but it doesn't work. Any idea?
