[Building Sakai] Sakai runs in Tomcat 7

Steve this is very good news.
Just to throw out some teasers here are a few:
- Support for Servlet 3.0 spec
-- Asynchronous support for AJAX applications
-- configuration of your deployment descriptors via annotations, in fact
a web.xml is now optional!
-- improved pluggability with Web Fragments
- JavaServer Pages 2.2 and Expression Language 2.2 from the JavaEE 6
specifications
- Memory leak detection (also in tomcat >= 6.0.24)
- Improved Cross-Site Request Forgery
