[Building Sakai] Sakai 2+3 Hybrid installation issue

Hi All,

I am just wondering whether there is a good installation guide for Sakai 2+3 Hybrid.  I have only found this nightly.sh and have some clues how the integration of the Sakai3 +2 is processed.

The Indiana's nightly demo server for Sakai 2+3 does not allow new user to register and the register page is not work somehow.

It will be highly appreciated if someone can give some light on this.
