[Building Sakai] Problem when replying to a forum thread

  This is a known bug in MSGCNTR 2.7.0, 2.7.1, and trunk:

http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-363

It seems clear that the forums code is not flushing all commits after 
replies causing the StaleObjectState.
