[Building Sakai] sakai integration with Sharepoint and exchange

We're just embarking on a project to bring Sakai and exchange/Sharepoint closer together. Is anybody doing anything in this area?

I know that Georgia Tech did something with Zimbra - is there any code we could use from that project?

Has anybody else done anything ?

We're particulatrily interested in 

 - calendar integration / interop (SharePoint and Exchange)
 - Sakai - Grouper integration
 - Grouper / AD integration
 - Workflow of documents between SharePoint and Sakai
