[Building Sakai] Evaluation System & Entitybroker in 2.7.0-RC01version

Hi, Raad. Yes, I did it.

My issues were due to the fact that I changed the Sakai versions' number 
in the pom.xml, something usual in other Sakai tools, but not needed in 
Evaluation System. Respecting the original version number solved the issue.
