[Building Sakai] Gradebook 2 errors

Good Morning,
 
We are running gradebook 2 v 1.3.0 in 2.7.0.  We have several users that receive "Request Failed Unexpected response from server: 500" when trying to enter grades for an item in the spreadsheet view.  We have tried several different browsers so it does not seem to be browser version specific.
 
Are any other sites experiencing this?
