[Building Sakai] Samigo grading fill in questions with accents problems

Just to refresh.  The main problem occurred when the instructor created her test questions and responses in Microsoft Word and then used the 'Paste from Word' icon in the FCK editor to paste the question into Samigo's FCK editor.  There was some artifact, it seemed, from the 'Paste from Word' option that corrupted the question/answer pair.
