[Building Sakai] How student or instructor can view avg grade in all course

Dear all,
My university want a tool to help students view their avg grade in all
courses which they participated.
Example: After logging in sakai system, in My Workspace of student, student
have a tool (ex: View all points) which he can view all avg point.
Could you please tell me which tool in sakai can do this?
