[Building Sakai] Assignments Tool Download All and Release Grades Link

When using the Assignments tool [in Sakai 2.6.x (Revision 81934)] and 
attempting to use either the "Download All" or "Release Grades" links 
with the "All Sections/Groups" option selected in the drop down menu 
(where there are more than section is enrolled in the course), only a 
subset is either downloaded or released.If a particular section is 
selected then the Download All and Release Grades link works fine. Can 
anyone point us in the direction we should look to correct this issue?
