[Building Sakai] InnoDB Question

I think the change in that JIRA makes it so tables that say ENGINE=INNODB in
the create statement actually get created as InnoDB tables. I just checked a
fresh 2.7.x install with no add-on tools and 199 out of 312 tables are
InnoDB. The rest are MyISAM.
