[Building Sakai] Instructor seeing assessment times

Hi Louis,

Which Samigo version do you use? This feature is introduced in
http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-680 for Samigo 2.7. But please note,
this "Time" information shows only for timed assessments.
