[Building Sakai] tool for attendence

is there any tool for attendence so that teacher can mark student present or
unpresent for every course,

second i need time table,i know there is already  a tool schedule  for each
course site but i want a time table tool , so that our academic office can
update the class time for all courses for whole univerty,
or can any one develop this.
