[Building Sakai] Fwd: Apply SAM-756 to 2.7.1 - Where is samigo!?

Actually, it looks like all those patches (maybe not SAM-802?) have been
applied to https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sam/tags/samigo-2.7.1

I am building that instead and skipping the patches.
