[Building Sakai] Oracle jdbc jars

Hi Dave,

At UF, we're using the Oracle driver for JDK 1.6 ('odjbc6.jar' from 
'instantclient-jdbc-linux-x86-64-11.2.x...') against 11g R2, and we 
haven't seen any problems with that setup. We haven't used it against a 
10g database, though.
