[Building Sakai] Error Message- Could not synchronize database state with session

Hi,

I'm seeing a lot of error like the following. Can anyone tell me what is
causing them?

ERROR http-8080-Processor6
org.hibernate.event.def.AbstractFlushingEventListener - Could not
synchronize database state with session
