[Building Sakai] Get the list of students that have been assigned to a specific section (lab, lecture etc.) of a course

Hi. I’m building a tool and I have to do the following things:
- Check if the current user is a teaching assistant
- If he/she is, get the lab section he is in charge of
- Get the list of students that have been assigned to that lab section
Could you show me how to achieve this? Thanks.
