[Building Sakai] Servlet sakai.resources is currently unavailable

Hi,

I've a strange error on my sakai (2.7.1). The resources link on the left
returns a HTTP Status 503 - Servlet sakai.resources is currently
unavailable, also visible in the log:

2010-11-03 14:52:29,941  WARN TP-Processor3
org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/sakai-content-tool].[sakai.resources]
- Servlet sakai.resources is currently unavailable

Does anyone know where this error comes from ?
