[Building Sakai] Tomcat does not start correctly

Hi David,

Thanks for your response. But my current system is

Windows XP SP2
Tomcat 5.5.26
Sakai 2.7.1

So I have no catalina.out file due to Windows environment. (as I know,
Tomcat can't write log file on Windows)

What can I do to give you more information?

Actually, I don't understand what's wrong with a new tomcat and sakai (using
HSQL database).

I've deployed Sakai successfully many times before.
