[Building Sakai] How to code a sakai project in eclipse (sakai 2.6.2)

Hi,

I'm a french student and I'm new on this maillist. For an internship, I've
to develop some method in Java with course management database in order to
create some course sites.

But when I create a new sakai project into Eclipse, I don't know where I
have to write my code (there are many .java files) and how can I put into my
database the object I create (like students, course offering, canonical
course, etc).

Would you help me please ?
