[Building Sakai] cm-authz-synchronizer-job

The cm-authz-synchronizer-job is no longer in the build after the  
movement of coursemanagement into edu-services.  Attempting to add  
this component back into the build by adding it to the pom.xml for edu- 
services/cm-service results in a failed build because the cm-authz- 
synchronizer-job POM is not up to date with the refactoring.

Does anyone know if this was intentional?  Is something replacing the  
function of this job?  Or was this an oversight in the refactoring  
process?
