[Building Sakai] Maven

When trying to verify that apache-maven-2.2.1 is correctly uploaded on my
notebook, I'm required to set certain requirements.

 

Set PATH="c:\program files\Apache Software
Foundation\apache-maven-2.2.1\bin";%PATH%

 

How does one go about processing such using vista?
