[Building Sakai] Kernel

You still need the kernel deploy to add you kernel artefacts to your
tomcat. The kernel itself won't do anything with the sakai:deploy
target. So:

1) Build your kernel
2) cd ../sakai_src/kernel_deploy
3) mvn clean install sakai:deploy

this will deploy the kernel artefacts from your local repo to your tomcat
