[Building Sakai] media players

I got this slightly wrong, we're playing mpeg4 videos and want a player written in Flash. Oops.

| We're also thinking of modifying the news tool to replace hyperlinks to
| podcasts with embeded media player, this wopuld mean that instead of
| clicking on a link in News which then fires up an external player, we'd
| like the various players embedded on the page.
