I don't think this is a possible yet. The changes in both back-end and
front-end are so big structurally that probably at least 50% or more of
the old data would not work with a new point release, and would
introduce an unnecessary variable in bug tracking.
Although we call 3akai.sakaiproject.org a stable demo server it is a
development server at the end where anything can happen at any time,
considering we are still close to v0 in both kernel and UX as well. I
think this will not change until we are close to 1.0
