[Building Sakai] GMT artifacts missing

Hi,

        We are getting the below error while trying to compile the 
gmt(Goal Management Tool) tool using the 'mvn clean install' command. Have 
tried searching for the artifacts but diddn't get any of those. Please 
help in installing the tool.

        Missing:

1) org.sakaiproject:sakai-entity-api:jar:M2

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

  Then, install it using the command: 
      mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject 
-DartifactId=sakai-entity-api -Dversion=M2 -Dpackaging=jar 
-Dfile=/path/to/file

  Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file 
there: 
      mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject 
-DartifactId=sakai-entity-api -Dversion=M2 -Dpackaging=jar 
-Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

  Path to dependency: 
        1) org.sakaiproject:sakai-gmt-api:jar:M2
        2) org.sakaiproject:sakai-entity-api:jar:M2

2) org.sakaiproject:sakai-util-api:jar:M2

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

  Then, install it using the command: 
      mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject 
-DartifactId=sakai-util-api -Dversion=M2 -Dpackaging=jar

  Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
