[Building Sakai] is there a problem in sakai-maven repository

Not sure if it is related, but we have had problems in the past with caret-dev. I have it as a jira task to look at this for 2.7.1

I tried to build a sakai project about few minutes ago, I got this warning
messages:

[INFO] Repository 'sakai-maven' will be blacklisted
