[Building Sakai] is there a problem in sakai-maven repository

I tried to build a sakai project about few minutes ago, I got this warning
messages:

WARNING] repository metadata for: 'artifact
org.sakaiproject.edu-services.sections:sections-integrationsupport' could
not be retrieved from repository: sakai-maven due to an error: Read timed
out
[INFO] Repository 'sakai-maven' will be blacklisted
[INFO] artifact
org.sakaiproject.edu-services.sections:sections-integrationsupport: checking
for updates from sakai-maven2-snapshots
