[Building Sakai] problem in managing skin

Hi,

             I am currently working with sakai to develop a new site for a
collage, can you please help me by providing an example skin that can be
uploaded in skin field of site tool.
And can you please tell where should i set course years and categories so
that i can work with course site.
And how can i create a site which doesnot has my workspace tab.
Please reply me as soon as possible as i am running out of time to create my
website.
