It created this at startup of sakai, I found that if you do not shutdown tomcat properly and just kill it it then created a other copy and it just grows

Maybe you could give us an indication of what's in the temp dir? I know till 2.7 there was a bug in the assignments import/expert as zip that meant the temp files it created whern't deleted - but that sounds unlikely to be what affects you...

Hi
I'm running out of disk space with sakai 2.6.2 and found that the temp directory under tomcat is taking up the space, for our installation it's about 4.2G per tomcat. Our installation is 4 tomcat's so it taking about 17G of space
So my Questions is:
1. Is this normal?
2. What is stored in the temp directory?
3. Can I delete the stuff under the temp directory?
