[Building Sakai] Tomcat temp dir

Hi Nico,

Maybe you could give us an indication of what's in the temp dir? I know
till 2.7 there was a bug in the assignments import/expert as zip that
meant the temp files it created whern't deleted - but that sounds
unlikely to be what affects you...
