[Building Sakai] got error when running "mvn -Pcafe clean install"

Please help this.



I am trying to install Sakai
and following the instructions in http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Development+Environment+Setup+Walkthrough



I got following error when running "mvn -Pcafe clean install"
to build and deploy it to my tomcat.

Can anyone point me what could possible go wrong? I can open the  pom's
URL in firefox but why always get "Error transferring file: Connection
timed out"?
