[Building Sakai] How to Disabled LDAP Authentication in SAKAI 2.5

Hi Ishtiaq,

First, to disable LDAP just undo the LDAP changes and disable the provider. You can then create the accounts in Sakai that match the user details that have already logged in. Remember that each user that has already logged in or been added to a site has an internal ID and it is this which is associated with data. So be sure to create the accounts with the same internal uuid.

For the slowness, I believe this has been fixed in later versions. You might like to upgrade first?

cheers,
Steve
