[Building Sakai] Creating Spring WebServices using Sakai Api.

Hi,

The webservices already use (a form of) Spring by way of the ComponentManager. If on 2.7+ take a look at the SakaiScript constructor which uses the ComponentManager to lookup a Spring bean.

You can inject the Samigo services via this method then use them.
