[Building Sakai] Question about 2.7.0

Dear Sir, 

I just upgrade the Sakai version to 2.7.0 from 2.6.2. 

I have 2 question wanna ask:

1) When version 2.6.2, i can create a html under the resource, and then i
copy the link , and paste in Web content of a site. It can show inside the
Frame. But after 2.7.0, it will become ask user to download the html page.
Any setting i have miss?

2) When version 2.6.2, there are a tool mailTool, users can send email by
this tool, but now this tool seem replaced by mail center, but the message
center seem not allow user to type email address, isnt it?
