[Building Sakai] Reset password

[Given Shirinda]

Hi Guyz. 

I have been trying to activate the reset-pass tool to sakai 2.5 

I have added these lines as mentioned in sakai.properties. 

resetRoles.count=2 
resetRoles.1=guest 
resetRoles.2=staff 

what could be the problem?.
