[Building Sakai] Roster tool update

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the feedback and the offer of help.

We are planning to initially refactor the tool in JavaScript and
TrimPath while maintaining the current UI, API and feature set.

Once that work is completed we would be more than happy to work with
you on the implementation, bringing new features to the Roster tool.
It sounds like we share similar plans. In the meantime, please feel
free to JIRA any feature requests.

As for compatibility with Sakai 2.6, we don't foresee a problem but
the new Roster version will require Profile2 to be deployed.

Best wishes,

Daniel
