[Building Sakai] Assessment zombies in gradebook

I have an instructor who added an assessment (from Tests & Quizzes) to
a gradebook. There were then three representations of this assessment
in the gradebook. The instructor modified the assessment so it was no
longer supposed to be reflected in the gradebook, but the 3 zombies
remain. They aren't reflecting score changes in the assessment. They
can't be removed.

Does anyone know how to remove these zombie assessments from the gradebook?
