[Building Sakai] presence.events.log

Hi Sonette!

Accordingly to the default sakai.properties (link for 2.7.x), presence is
enabled by default which also logs presence events (*display.users.present*=
*true*). I have noticed that the default value for *presence.events.log* is
not on this file.

However, looking at the portal code (2.7.x), *presence.events.log* defaults
to *true*:
